Key Responsibilities:
Communicate directly with clients across the USA, UK, Australia, and Europe through calls, chats, and other platforms
Follow up regularly with new and existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and build strong relationships
Keep detailed communication logs and organize data to maintain accuracy
Prepare and generate daily reports on client interactions and feedback
Assist with account management tasks, including onboarding new clients and working with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Role Breakdown:
70% Client communication and direct calling
30% Reporting, data management, and internal coordination
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills with an ability to engage with international clients
Flexibility to work across different time zones
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage communication logs and daily reporting
Open to fresh graduates or those with prior experience in client communication or international calling
