This Public Event is open to guests ages 18 and older, however children ages 13 and up may paint with a paid adult painter. No observers allowed and no infants or children please.
ADULT CLASS for 18 years & Up. Painters age 13 to 17 accompanied by a PAINTING ADULT are welcome to attend. Please, NO Infants, NO Toddlers and NO Observers.
You may ADD a DIY CANDLE to your session. Arrive 30 mins prior to class schedule for DIY CANDLES.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in, visit the bar, get smocked, and in your seat. If you desire more time to unwind and visit with friends, we invite you to arrive up to 10 minutes prior to start time; it is your Happy Half Hour!

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 48 hours notice of cancellation for public events, so that we may offer your spot to another customer. For a block reservation of 5 or more seats, a 4 day notice of cancellation is required. Individuals giving more than 48 hours notice of cancellation and a 5 seat or more block reservation giving 4 days notice of cancellation may receive a payment refund LESS a 10% REFUND CHARGE to cover our incurred credit card processing fees. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice but more than 12 hours notice may receive a Store Credit. For cancellations with less than 12 hours notice no refund or Store Credit will be issued. WHAT TO BRING:
We are a BYOB so please bring your alcohol with you. You are invited to bring your own finger foods in case you get hungry during the break. We provide cups and wine openers. We do NOT provide ice or eating or serving utensils.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circ*mstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Registrants will be notified by email prior to class time.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: If you notify the studio more than 48 hours from your reservation date, a full refund will be issued upon request minus a 10% credit card processing fee.
If you notify the studio 47 to 6 hours from your reservation date a studio credit good for 90 days will be issued for your use towards a future class.
If you notify the studio less than 6 hours of your scheduled session no refund or credit will be issued.
Cancellation of a private party requires a 7-day notice.

For a reservation of 10 or more painters a 4 day notice of cancellation is required for refund. Reservations will be converted to Twist At-Home, and no refund or Store Credit will be issued. (Please email us: studio291@paintingwithatwist.com, if cancelation is after hours.)

No refund or credit will be given to NO SHOWS.

Private Event Hosts follow the cancellation policy terms outlined in your Private Event Agreement signed by host.

Bad Weather: Class will be cancelled if a weather emergency is declared .Otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancelling due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests. Please see our website for updates in a case of questionable weather.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more late you may not be allowed to paint and lose the registration fee. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time and we will have a blast!

Occasionally, it is necessary for us to cancel a class due to lack of participant. In such cases, a full refund will be offered or class credit for a future event.

For Private Parties, the host of the party can secure a reservation with a credit card. There is a 10 day cancellation policy. Your credit card will be charged a $150 cancellation fee if less than 10 days notice of cancellation is given. If the minimum requirement is not met for the party through attendance, the host/hostess credit card will be charged the balance to meet the minimum.
