I went on Friday, October 19, 2021 to do the SARS-COV-2 PCR/SWAB (COVID-19) STANDARD test. I also brought my wife on September 16, 2021 because she had back, neck and shoulders pain due to a body massage she received on Central Park Avenue. The waiting time was short, the doctors were good, and the staff treated us well. I live in the Bronx, and I go there most of the times for urgent care service. I, José Santos, a NYC public high schools Spanish teacher and patient of Montefiore Hospital highly recommend Montefiore Medical Urgent Care Cross County at 1010 Central Park Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10704.

Today was the first time I ever went to CityMD Urgent care. Vanessa at the front desk was friendly, professional and made my visit a great experience. I didn't know what to expect, and I was very pleased when walking in and waiting. Christina who showed me to the exam room and took my Vitals was amazing.At first I thought she was the Dr. She made me feel comfortable.The Dr was good as well. Thank you all very much.

We had a wonderful experience at City MD Eastchester! The staff was friendly and helpful and available! They made us feel welcome and made it an easy experience! I am traveling this week and have a bad cough. I did not want to infect anyone. I was referred to Dr. Ang, and I was so glad I went to see her. She checked was very professional and lovely! My testing turned out to be all negative and I am not contagious. Thank you, Dr. Ang!

Sparkling Clean
Clean,friendly and prompt service. Don't know how the pricing is as I have a $50 copay with my insurance. Check in is done via iPad this does speed up a check-in process.

I recently went to the diagnostic side of the IMA Facility in Shrewsbury and can’t praise them enough. The office was clean and neat. I was greeted by the friendliest front desk receptionist, Deborah. I had some paperwork to fill out which took about 5 mins and I was immediately brought back for my Bone Density Scan. The imaging tech Rachel was terrific. She explained everything that was going to be done in full detail. She always asked if I was comfortable. The results of the test came back on time as promised. It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend getting any testing done in this facility. 5+ Stars
