@GiraffesInc @Xfinity I don't have internet. Not paying for a service I don't have. CenturyLink is no better. The crushed box down the road is now in a body bag...they never repaired it. It has been over a month since I reported it.

I shouldn’t have to call for support for an issue four times before that issue is resolved. It’s crazy that you can’t provide your customers with the service they pay for. @comcastcares I’m ready to switch to a different provider.

@ChrizteeNurse @Xfinity I can, but the data charges will be outrageous due to the photo/video files. I am also not great with one finger typing. The work around solutions are limping at best...face plant at worst.

So, apparently @Comcast has closed their server. Little did all those employers scared we'd shirk while #WorkingatHome know @Xfinity would be our legitimate excuse.I want a suspension of payments until service returns.

@WhatTheQuel @Xfinity I got a $10 credit towards my bill and “assurance” that’s the problem is solved. I’m not so sure it is. Im not very happy with them.

@Xfinity I logged into my account for additional support. The only option is via chat. Once I was finally “transferred“ to tech-support I was told to unscrew my coacts cable and then unplug my modem. Which caused me to lose the chat box. Did the person reach out to me? NOPE!!

@Xfinity I have been trying for days to get tech support for my internet service. 1-800-Xfinity Phone number is useless. Once you unplug your modem as directed there is no opportunity to get further assistance.

Hey @comcast @Xfinity @XfinitySupport I have now ordered the XB8 modem 5 times since April and all 5 times I have received an XB7. This is absolutely atrocious customer service. I just don’t understand how you can launch a product and not have the inventory to supply us.

@fredlalas @Xfinity It truly is and she's been pushed around for years - essentially being black listed by the company for her address and stating flat out that they're not going to service unless we go in person. What it do, baby? After 3,000 miles of traveling I can't wait to get this fixed 😎

@JS_72020 Mixed. I moved and had to switch to WOW/RCN to not pay for a new line. Service has been pretty decent with some periods of VERY slow internet and one or two periods of no internet in just the couple months I’ve used them. Didn’t happen near at the same rate as with Comcast.

@plantmath1 A better fit would be Comcast. Live TV + whatever anyone wants to layer on top. Never send a truck again to install a box. Customer can go to Wal-Mart at 2 AM and be a customer an hour later. No technician involved.

@yogurtboy @Xfinity Paul, I take it you work for Comcast or I mean Xfinity as a network engineer? The difference in speed between IPv4 vs IPv6 is very small. Not everyone uses it, & you're paying $3,600 a yr for internet service LOL. You see where I'm going with this?

Sir, I pride myself not only on a strong work ethic but a robust moral compass as well. I can assure you I would never find myself at the employ of a company that throttles connection speeds, and I resent your insinuating Comcast/Xfinity engages in such lecherous behavior.
