@natebain The truth is that Xfinity’s product is the best there is by a solid margin. The problem is, Xfinity is the worst customer service organization on Earth. My folks have AT&T and complain about functionality. My only complaints with Xfinity are the rare occasions something’s wrong.

Hey, @comcast. Forbidding users to use AirPlay from the @Xfinity Stream app is beyond user-hostile. You’re essentially charging me for a TV service I’m not allowed to watch on TV. That’s evil.

I went to the @comcast office to cancel my cable (far easier than dealing with the 1-800 folks) & people were there in DROVES canceling & returning their cable boxes. If they don’t become more affordable, I predict they will go belly up before too long.

@RobertONeill31 Yeah we had Dish in the early 2000’s and it was terrible with constant carriage problems. Xfinity will come to a deal at some point, might be after the launch though. Way too important for both parties to come together.

Hey @comcast @Xfinity @XfinitySupport I have now ordered the XB8 modem 5 times since April and all 5 times I have received an XB7. This is absolutely atrocious customer service. I just don’t understand how you can launch a product and not have the inventory to supply us.

@JS_72020 Mixed. I moved and had to switch to WOW/RCN to not pay for a new line. Service has been pretty decent with some periods of VERY slow internet and one or two periods of no internet in just the couple months I’ve used them. Didn’t happen near at the same rate as with Comcast.

@plantmath1 A better fit would be Comcast. Live TV + whatever anyone wants to layer on top. Never send a truck again to install a box. Customer can go to Wal-Mart at 2 AM and be a customer an hour later. No technician involved.

@yogurtboy @Xfinity Paul, I take it you work for Comcast or I mean Xfinity as a network engineer? The difference in speed between IPv4 vs IPv6 is very small. Not everyone uses it, & you're paying $3,600 a yr for internet service LOL. You see where I'm going with this?
