Oh and Frank Hna your "customer service supervisor" is the worst customer service representative I have ever talked to. So rude I thought I called comcast not @dish_answers. I promise you I will stay on this phone until dish does what's right.

@comcast should be permanently shut down. Not only did they UP the bill, but they have YET to resolve our internet issues when it's been MONTHS. My job REQUIRES that I can access wifi, you know, since MOST of us are working from home now. #comcastoutage #pandemic

@DLineCo This also works for n b a, but less successfully because the website I think sucks for watching. So instead, I use the same vpn on my iPad, turn off location services and use the league app, it’s money man. It’s expensive, and I hate Comcast and dish for it, but I love my teams.

Hey @comcast @Xfinity @XfinitySupport I have now ordered the XB8 modem 5 times since April and all 5 times I have received an XB7. This is absolutely atrocious customer service. I just don’t understand how you can launch a product and not have the inventory to supply us.

@fredlalas @Xfinity It truly is and she's been pushed around for years - essentially being black listed by the company for her address and stating flat out that they're not going to service unless we go in person. What it do, baby? After 3,000 miles of traveling I can't wait to get this fixed 😎

@JS_72020 Mixed. I moved and had to switch to WOW/RCN to not pay for a new line. Service has been pretty decent with some periods of VERY slow internet and one or two periods of no internet in just the couple months I’ve used them. Didn’t happen near at the same rate as with Comcast.

@plantmath1 A better fit would be Comcast. Live TV + whatever anyone wants to layer on top. Never send a truck again to install a box. Customer can go to Wal-Mart at 2 AM and be a customer an hour later. No technician involved.

@yogurtboy @Xfinity Paul, I take it you work for Comcast or I mean Xfinity as a network engineer? The difference in speed between IPv4 vs IPv6 is very small. Not everyone uses it, & you're paying $3,600 a yr for internet service LOL. You see where I'm going with this?

Sir, I pride myself not only on a strong work ethic but a robust moral compass as well. I can assure you I would never find myself at the employ of a company that throttles connection speeds, and I resent your insinuating Comcast/Xfinity engages in such lecherous behavior.
